1, undergraduate education, 35 years old -50 years old;
2, with large enterprises lighting industry for over 10 years experience in the field of engineering, lighting products for more than six years of R & D management experience, extensive product development background and technical theory, familiar with development process, with a strong R & D management and control capabilities;
3, the establishment of R & D management systems, project management, team building R & D personnel, R & D and technology standardization system and process of establishing a system of profound knowledge and successful experiences;
4, with good inter-departmental communication and coordination skills and sense of innovation, strong sense of responsibility;
5, proven leadership ability, courage, wealth and people communicating, communication and organizational skills;
6, good professionalism and professional ethics, has a strong appeal and cohesion;
7, has a well-known LED R & D work experience better.
