At the recent Seventh Cross-Strait Forum on the information industry technology standards, the two sides on the TD core technology research and development, mobile video, led lighting standards to reach a consensus on cooperation.
The forum for the broadband wireless mobile communication technology-TD, triple play, flat panel display technology, semiconductor lighting, lithium-ion batteries, solar photovoltaic, automotive electronics, ubiquitous network / Internet of Things and the digital audio and video codec technology, mobile storage, etc. 10 areas of expertise, participants on terminology, testing methods, research and development were discussed.
The consensus reached by participants include: support for further cross-strait chip companies in the TD core technology research and industry development in-depth cooperation and common development of diversified TD terminal; in mobile video, Internet and broadband video services, multi-display technology areas Standardization Cooperation; jointly developed "liquid crystal display with backlighting and optical parameters of the optical component test method"standard; establish standard information platform for both sides LED lighting, LED lighting joint study of international standards.
